Pro Sports Assembly Teams Up with Elevate Sports Ventures and TurnkeyZRG to Host C-Suite Circle
C-Suite Circle is Now Open for Applications and Nominations.
Austin, TX – Pro Sports Assembly (PRO), the association for professional sports business leaders, is partnering with best-in-class and entertainment consulting firm, Elevate Sports Ventures and specialized talent recruitment/executive search firm, TurnkeyZRG to host “Cohort 1” of Pro Sports Assembly’s new “C-Suite Circle.” The cohort will be comprised of leaders in professional sports (teams, leagues, unions, venues) who are aspiring for President, CEO or Commissioner roles. Elevate Sports Ventures Chairman and CEO Al Guido, TurnkeyZRG Founder | Chairman and CEO Len Perna and Michele Roberts will guide the Cohort through monthly sessions with top leaders in professional sports.

Professional Sports Experience? What’s Essential to an Owner?: CEO, Dallas Mavericks, Cynt Marshall and President, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Monica Dixon, discuss scenarios when professional sports experience really matters and how to prepare for conversations with ownership.
First Time CEO: What’s It Like?: NWSL Commissioner Jessica Berman and Seattle Sounders President Hugh Weber, share lessons and best practices for creating impact during the first 90 days in the top job.
The Power of the Players’ Perspective:with NBA G-League President, Shareef Abdur-Rahim and former Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association, Michele Roberts.
Dollars and Sense: with CEO, Arizona Coyotes, Xavier Gutierrez and President, Austin FC, Andy Loughnane, outlining best practices in developing the financial acumen to positioning a professional sports franchise for future financial stability and success.
The new program, which is available to Pro Sports Assembly members in a Vice President role or above, is open for applications and nominations through April 5. Selected applicants will engage with one another through experiential learning and informed dialogue; with the goal of building trust founded on shared insight and mutual respect to enhance their leadership journey in the future.
The goal of Pro Sports Assembly’s new C-Suite Circle is to create a safe, collaborative think-space for rising executives to refine their leadership skills, build new connections and avenues of communication with industry contemporaries, and engage with renowned business leaders in an intimate, recurring forum that will stimulate authentic and impactful engagement.
“We believe the next generation of professional sports top leaders and problem-solvers will greatly benefit from the opportunity to refine and hone their leadership skills through C-Suite Circle,” said Len Perna, who also serves on the PRO Advisory Board. “At the same time, this program allows participants to build relationships with other leaders from various disciplines and structures that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to, which will ultimately have a lasting positive impact on the industry.”
